You have a story. A very important and unique story. Sometimes your story holds you back. It keeps you from being the best version of yourself. If your story involves trauma, whether from sexual abuse, divorce (as an adult or child), physical or verbal abuse, relationship conflict, boundary confusion, religious confusion, natural disasters, accidents, etc. I can help you process these memories and the negative things you tell yourself. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help; however I will provide you a safe space to do just that. I have thirty years of mental health experience and provide a very relaxed and non-judgmental approach. We will take things at your pace. I utilize EMDR to help process past events and trauma. EMDR is very effective in treating difficult experiences and has been found to be very effective for first responders and those on the front lines of COVID.
